SandScore Terms of Use

1. Product stage

SandScore is in development and early access. The landing distinguishes functional, partial, local prototype and concept features. Simulations use fictional data and do not represent users, rankings, public availability or a launch promise.

2. Waitlist

• Signup is free and does not guarantee an invitation, timeline, spot, price, feature or store availability.
• We may prioritize profiles according to sport, region and beta support capacity. A place on the list cannot be sold or transferred.
• You may opt out or request deletion at any time.

3. Age and authority

You state that you are 18 or older or act as the legal guardian for this signup. Minors must not submit this form directly.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not bypass Turnstile, rate limits, authentication or security controls.
• Do not submit false data, third-party data without authority, malicious code or illegal content.
• Do not copy the brand, interface or content to impersonate SandScore or mislead others.

5. Arena, Coach, and platform role

SandScore provides search, scheduling, purchase, and tracking technology. The Arena or Coach is responsible for the offer, availability, safety, quality, and delivery of the in-person service. SandScore remains responsible for the platform obligations assigned by law and does not exclude mandatory liability.

6. Bookings, lessons, price, and payment

Before confirmation, we show the provider, location, date, time, sport, total price, and material rules. In-person services use a payment/PIX provider. SandScore commission is deducted from the provider payout and is not added as a surprise fee to the price accepted by the customer.

7. Cancellation and refunds

The Arena or Coach versioned policy is shown before payment and follows the purchase. It cannot be worsened retroactively or limit mandatory consumer rights. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The brand, copy, images, layouts, demos and software belong to SandScore or its licensors. Browsing does not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond personal website use.

9. Availability and liability

We may correct, pause or remove early access or the waitlist for security, maintenance or product evolution. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

10. Privacy and contact

Data handling follows the current Privacy Notice. Our public contact channel is being prepared. Signups will remain closed until it is available.

11. Governing law and changes

Brazilian law applies. Material changes will be versioned and fresh acceptance requested when required. Mandatory consumer rights and legally competent venues remain preserved.
